Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment thru PayPal or you can send your payment via mail to us. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 14 business days depending what method of shipping you pick . PLease let us know if thos is a residential or business address.

 

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Tax Charges  Our business is operated from Oregon All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.

 

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

 

Guarantee If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of our products – within 15 days from invoice date, request an RMA number and return the product prepaid to us for a full evaluation. We just ask that the product be in it’s original package and in resalable condition.

Product returned after 15 days – prior to 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. There will be NO returns accepted after 30 days unless defective.
There is no restocking charge if the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.

No returns are allowed on Electrical Items, special orders or close-outs – No credit will be issued on any items that have a cost of $5.00 or less due to the high cost of processing
such returns.
All authorized returns must be returned prepaid. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the dealer.
TLC ONLINE reserves the option at its own discretion to repair any item including but not limited to clothing, Luggage, footwear, helmets etc. On any product that has been worn or used every effort will be made to repair and return to you. We can not replace these items with new product, used clothing has little or no resale value.
